Bees Nees

A unique Australian made specialty beer. Brewed with a blend of premium pale malted barley and malted wheats with an equal amount of pure light amber honey. The light malt palate with its sominating honey aroma and flavour create a pale light golden coloured beer with a moderate bitternsess.
I myself dislike this beer i can’t see myself drinking any more than one, that’s not to say that most people won’t like this beer for people whom like thier beer sweet then go for it.

New Zealand triploid hops are added early in the boil, followed by a late hopping with Czech Saaz hops, with a blend of Australian Pale and German Munich malts grants this Lager its vivid golden colour. Two batches of full strength Boag’s Draught beer are brewed and filtered to bright beer stage. The alcohol is then stripped off one batch using a low temperature vacuum evaporation and then the two batches are blended. This process ensures the 2.7% product retains full beer flavour, exhibiting pleasing body with a slight crystal malt flavour and a pleasant bitter finish Origin: Australia Style: Lager Alc/Vol: 4.7% Rating: [rating:3/5]

A touch of barrel-roasted crystal malt is blended with wheat and barley malt, the wheat ensuring a dense, creamy head. Three New Zealand hops are used, including the newly developed Nelson Sauvin which imparts subtle floral and passionfruit notes. A flavoursome beer that perfectly balances complex hops tastes with malt creaminess. A thirst-quenching ale. Origin: Australia Style: Pale Ale Alc/Vol: 4.6% Rating: [rating:3.5/5]

toohey’s new white stag

November 3rd, 2008

Okay here’s the deal I don’t mind Toohey’s New but this latest beer White Stag is 1/3 the carbs which also means 1/3 the flavor we drank a six-pack of these and could only come to one conclusion it sucked I’m sorry to those at the Toohey’s factory but I can’t find anything about this beer to say it’s good. With no flavor (or a flavor that doesn’t open your eyes in excitement) and a [....]

Leffe Blonde

A dry, fruity, lightly spiced beer, full and creamy - a perfect balance of strength and subtlety. The beer has a delicate and light, malty aroma and a subtle, sweet finish. Leffe Blonde is a perfect accompaniment to light, everyday meals. I recommend it to anyone whom enjoys great beer. Origin: Belgium Style: Abbey Beer Alc/Vol: 6.6% Rating: [rating:5/5]
